About Our Bread

Bread Varieties and Ingredients

We are committed to using 100% organic flour in all of our bread and pastries.  We currently source flour from La Milanaise Inc. in Quebec and Heartland Mill in Kansas.  

We make a variety of sourdough loaves:

50/50 WW Sourdough ~ 1/2 white flour and 1/2 whole wheat flour

Sourdough White ~ an everyday country loaf

Multigrain & Seed ~ our 50/50 WW dough with organic corn & oats and organic sunflower, sesame & pumpkin seeds

Caraway Rye ~ 25% rye flour and organic caraway seeds

Raisin Bread ~ our 50/50 WW dough packed with organic raisins

Sandwich Loaf ~ soft white pan loaf made with sourdough starter and yeast, milk*, butter*, organic sugar 

Yeast Risen Loaves:

Baguettes ~ crusty french style loaf

Everything Seeded Baguette ~ baguette coated with everything seed mix*

Olive & Lemon ~ a short plump baguette with house preserved organic lemon, mixed olives with herbs* and organic olive oil

Delivery Schedule and Locations

We bake and deliver fresh bread on Thursday and Saturday mornings to the following stores:

Cabot Village Store

Buffalo Mountain Market

Plainfield Co-op and Hardware

Fox Market

East Calais General Store

Marshfield Village Store

Multigrain & Seed and Caraway Rye loaves are only available on Thursdays.

Olive & Lemon and Raisin Bread loaves are only available on Saturdays.

We usually deliver between 9am and 11am depending on location.
